TenderLove Community Center is on a mission to provide housing to our clients who need it so that they can complete their goals in our programs. We are fulfilling that mission through gradual addition of scattered housing with specific purposes.

The first house we added is a Recover House, for women to help each other as they overcome addictions.  They have regular behavioral health training at the house, and at the Center, and are encouraged to learn the basics of home maintenance and how to benefit from peers helping one another.

Next is Rachel’s House: reuniting women with their children in transitional housing

New in 2025 is Youth Transitional Housing, a full initiative that includes transitional homes, leading to longer term safe and stable living arrangements for young people ages 16 to 23 transitioning out of foster care or living on their own, and including guided planning, to help individuals define their goals and design the steps to meet those goals.
